These "holiday apartments" are in a great location with an amazing cafe next door and other restaurants nearby! Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and appeared clean, water was hot, free wifi and had a washing machine and dryer.
The location is close to town and the lake and the property manager was responsive to my messages.

The location was great. In the centre of town. Easy access to downtown shops. Had a full fridge and kitchen equipment to be used.

The property was clean, a good size and had excellent facilities. The property’s location was also excellent with all of Rotorua in easy walking distance. Car parking was a secure garage with an electric opening door. We enjoyed our stay very much.
